CARROT & WALNUT CAKE





INGREDIENTS

150 gm. thawed  whipped topping

450 gm. cream cheese frosting

 2 layer size carrot cake mix

200 gm. finely chopped  walnuts

WHAT TO DO?

Prepare cake batter and bake according to package for 8 inch round cake,

 cool completely. Remove from pan, cut crosswise from half.

Spoon frosting into small bowl. Combine cool whip whisk till the blended.

 1 cake half, top side down, on plate, spread with about 1/2 of the cool whip mixture.

 Cover with remaining cake half, top side up. Spread top and sides of cake with 

 cool whip mixture. 


Garnish with nuts into sides of cake.
