ZINGER BURGER


INGREDIENTS

• Chicken fillets, 5 to 6 pcs.

• Iceberg Lettuce,  3 or 4 leaves

• Eggs,  3 pcs. 

• Plain flour,  1/3 cup 

• Corn flour, 1 cup 

• Mustard powder, 1 tbsp.

• Baking powder 1 Tbsp.

• Cheese slices 5 or 6 pcs.

• Hot sauce,  As u ?

• Mayonnaise,  As u?

• Hot Milk,  1 cup 

• Flour,  2 tbsp.

• Chicken cube,  2 pcs.

• Sugar,  1 tbsp.

• White pepper, 1 tbsp.

• Salt,  As u?

• Buns 4 to 6 pieces 

• cooking  Oil,  As required


WHAT TO DO?

1. Whisk all the eggs in a bowl and place aside. Add crumbled chicken cube to flour.

2. Add chicken cube flour with other dry ingredients in another bowl and mix them.

3.  Dry ingredients all over the chicken and soak them in the beaten eggs. Repeat the process 4  OR 5 times.

4. Fry the chicken until the golden brown.

5.  Take the bun and cut from the center, toast both sides of bun in the oiled pan and pour hot milk and mayonnaise.

6. Place the chicken fillets, pour hot sauce, cheese slices and joined the bun.
