FISH TIKKA KABAB
INGREDIENTS
- 500 gm. Fish
- 2 medium size Ginger
- 8 green Cardamom
- 2 tbsp. red Chili powder
- 1 small Mace
- 1/2 tbsp.orange Color
- 3 4 tbsp Yogurt
- 15 clove Garlic
- WHAT TO DO ?
- Wash the fish finely & dry
- Cut the fish into small pieces
- Make a fine paste of garlic and ginger
- Mix all the ground ingredients,
- color red chili and salt into the yogurt
- Now apply to the fish pieces
- Keep aside for 1 hour
- Stick on wooden sticks.
- Now put on medium flame or charcoal grill
