CRISPY BITTER GOURD
Ingredients
- 5 Bitter Gourd
- 3 Potatoes
- Oil for frying
- Salt to taste
- 1½ tbsp. Red chili powder
- 1 tbsp. Cumin coriander powder
- ½ tbsp. Lemon juice
- 1½ tbsp. Sugar powder
WHAT TO DO?
Light peel Bitter gourd and cut in to long strips.
Remove seeds from Bitter gourd
Peel potatoes as well, and cut in to long strips.
Heat oil in a pan at light flame.
Fry Bitter gourds till it is made crispy.
Also fry potatoes till it becomes crispy.
Mix Bitter gourd and potatoes.
Sprinkle red chili powder, salt, cumin coriander powder,
sugar and lemon juice on it.
Stir well and serve hot.
