SAMOSA RECIPE



INGREDIENTS

  1. Oil  2 tbsp.
  2.  Garlic Paste   1/2 tbsp.
  3.  Ginger Paste  1/2 tbsp.
  4. Chopped Onion  1/3 Cup
  5. Chopped Potatoes  1 cup
  6. Boiled white grams  200 gm. Cup
  7.  Red Chili Powder  1 tbsp.
  8.  Turmeric Powder  1/2 tbsp.
  9.  Cumin Powder  1 tbsp.
  10.  Zeera  1 tbsp.
  11. Water  250 ml. 
  12.  Iodized Salt as u need
  13.  Cheese  3/4 Cup
  14. Samosa Patti
  15.  Ketchup

  1. WHAT TO DO?
  2. Take a frying pan  2 tbsp oil, 1/2 tbsp.  Garlic Paste, 1/2 tsp  Ginger Paste and 1/2 cup chopped onion and fry now To the same pan combine chopped potatoes. and fry.
  3. To the same pan  combine boiled  white grams, 1 tbsp. Red Chili Powder, 1/2  Turmeric Powder, 1 tbsp.  Cumin Powder, 1 tbsp. zeera, 1/2 cup water and  Iodized Salt.
  4. Fry till the mixture turns golden brown
