SAMOSA RECIPE
INGREDIENTS
- Oil 2 tbsp.
- Garlic Paste 1/2 tbsp.
- Ginger Paste 1/2 tbsp.
- Chopped Onion 1/3 Cup
- Chopped Potatoes 1 cup
- Boiled white grams 200 gm. Cup
- Red Chili Powder 1 tbsp.
- Turmeric Powder 1/2 tbsp.
- Cumin Powder 1 tbsp.
- Zeera 1 tbsp.
- Water 250 ml.
- Iodized Salt as u need
- Cheese 3/4 Cup
- Samosa Patti
- Ketchup
- WHAT TO DO?
- Take a frying pan 2 tbsp oil, 1/2 tbsp. Garlic Paste, 1/2 tsp Ginger Paste and 1/2 cup chopped onion and fry now To the same pan combine chopped potatoes. and fry.
- To the same pan combine boiled white grams, 1 tbsp. Red Chili Powder, 1/2 Turmeric Powder, 1 tbsp. Cumin Powder, 1 tbsp. zeera, 1/2 cup water and Iodized Salt.
- Fry till the mixture turns golden brown
