BLISTER CHERRY TOMATOES
1/2 tbsp. white sugar
salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. dried basil
240 gm. cherry tomatoes
WHAT TO DO?
Melt butter in a skillet over medium high heat. Add the cherry tomatoes, basil, and sugar. Cook for about 5 min. . then season to taste with salt and pepper. Continue cooking for a few seconds more until the tomatoes have just started to blister.
