CRISPY CHICKEN ROAST
INGREDIENTS
Chicken 1000 grams
2 cups of water
1/2 cup corn flour
1/4 cup wheat flour
Brown sugar 1 tsp
Powdered Black Pepper 1 tbsp.
Garlic & ginger paste 1 tbsp.
Powdered Red Chili 1 tbsp.
Chinese salt ½ tbsp.
salt ½ tbsp.
Chili Sauce 2 tbsp.
Soya Sauce 2 tbsp.
Oil for fry
WHAT TO DO ?
Add 1 kg chicken pieces in a bowl along with 2 tbsp chili sauce,
2 tbsp soya sauce, 1 tbsp red chili powder, 1 tsp brown sugar,
1 tsp black pepper powder, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste and ½ tsp Chinese salt and leave for 1 hour.
Then add ½ cup corn flour and ½ cup flour. Mix it well and coat with that mixture and pour into cool water.
Now again coat with the mixture of corn flour and flour and deep fry in oil as required.
